Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Site Purpose and Informational Use

This website is provided for informational and business-inquiry purposes only. It explains our process, standards, and intake expectations for potential manufacturing projects.

2. Scope of Services

MR. E PACKWORKS operates as an independent pack-run manufacturer for seller-supplied inventory. Services may include intake review, inventory organization, pack configuration planning, checklist preparation, randomization workflow, pack assembly, tamper-evident sealing, labeling, and run documentation.

We do not operate as a marketplace and do not provide direct-to-consumer sales through this website.

3. Inquiry Submissions and Agreement Boundaries

Submitting an inquiry, contact form, or project details does not create a manufacturing agreement, service contract, or shipment authorization.

Sellers must not ship cards or other inventory until written instructions are provided and the project is formally accepted by MR. E PACKWORKS.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Each seller remains fully responsible for their own business operations, including:

  • Marketplace or platform approval requirements
  • Product listing accuracy and claim substantiation
  • Required buyer-facing disclosures and policy language
  • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules
  • Any tax, licensing, or jurisdiction-specific obligations

5. No Endorsement or Affiliation

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation with any outside marketplace, platform, publisher, card brand, or third-party company.

6. Intellectual Property and Trademark Respect

Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all names, logos, artwork, product references, and promotional materials included in their listings or collateral. Use of third-party intellectual property must comply with applicable law and platform policy.

7. Contact and Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or compliance updates. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

Questions about these Terms may be sent through the seller inquiry form or the contact details listed on this website.
